So What If..

... I don't wash my hair everyday. Baby powder all the way, people.

... I had to make a spreadsheet to keep track of all my shows I'm watching this season. Also, I call them MY shows. Here's my list (don't judge me): Revenge, Betrayal, The Good Wife, The Bachelor, Pretty Little Liars, Ravenswood, Twisted, The Goldbergs, Trophy Wife, Baby Daddy, Super Fun Night, Nashville, American Horror Story, Parks and Recreation, and Parenthood.

... I hate having to go and fill up my gas tank (maybe I was meant to be a Jersey girl). It is just so gross and I never remember what side my tank is on (I only fill up like once or twice a month, I hate driving remember?) When I still lived at home, I would bribe my siblings who could drive with food to go fill up my gas tank. *Little known fact- the arrow next to the little gas tank symbol in your dashboard points to the side your tank is on. My mind was blown when I found that out.*

... I wish it was still Christmas. I even tried to watch a Christmas movie the other night but Brian denied me. I SOOO would have watched it if he hadn't called me out, I'm not ashamed, nope.

... I use an excessive amount of exclamation points, parentheses (like seriously, it's just how I think!), and emojis. I also love snapchat.

... I still love the Hump Day camel commercial no matter how annoying people think it is. I just don't care, #sorrynotsorry. And whenever I get excited, even if it's not Wednesday, I yell "Hump Day, yeaaaaa!" Try it out sometime, I bet you'll feel the same. It's cathartic, kinda.

Anyways, Happy Hump Day people! May the Geico camel always be with you!

  1. Washing your hair everyday is overrated, plus, it's actually better for your hair to skip daily washings! That's something I can get behind haha

Also, my love for exclamation points, parentheses, and emojis knows no bounds. We could have some exciting online conversations you and I! :)

  2. Our TV show list is eerily similar! Pretty Little Liars for life! (I also use tons of exclamation points and parentheses).

  3. A lot of your TV list is similar to mine! I love Revenge, Betrayal, and Pretty Little Liars, I am not too keen on Ravenswood but to be fair I only watched the first two episodes. It was really weird but I will probably pick it back up. I am totally in denial about Christmas being over too.

  4. I hate filling up my gas tank too! It's extremely rare for me since my car is at my mom's and I live in the city, but I still hate it every time.

And not washing your hair every day is good for it so go you. My mom failed to believe this and told me I was shampooing wrong, but she finally realized the truth ha.

Also I clearly love to use exclamation points to excess, I feel like that's how I think in my head! The more exclamation points I use the more excited I am.

That hump day commercial still makes me laugh, I almost wrote Happy Humpday on my snapchat this morning but I didn't know if you, Miranda, or Elizabeth would kill me for it. hahaha

  7. I was gchatting yesterday and I had to say (insert thumbs up emoji here, twice). It was so lame but it's how I communicate now! I have to done down the exclamation points when I go from blog mode to work mode every day and yes, parenthesis and dashes, of which I am also a fan, have gotten out of hand for me lately. But I think that way, too - I can't help it!

  9. washing your hair every day is seriously overrated AND bad for your hair. Boys should get gas & take out the trash, in my opinion.

  11. I don't know why, but the baby powder trick does not work on my hair! I swear, I think there are about 1,000 curses on my locks.

  21. We used to have a spreadsheet of our shows too and then with dates that we hadn't watched yet because we would watch a lot on demand and get lost where we were. BUT I just gave up and watched what we could when we could and have hopes of the seasons coming onto Prime so we can watch ones we missed. lol

  22. haha no judgment from me! I was raised in Jersey, and I miss people pumping my gas for me ALL the time!

  23. I hate. Hate pumping gas. It's like, my least favorite thing to do. After laundry, of course. And I only wash my hair every other day or when it looks greasy. I have actually been considering that whole no shampoo thing where you wash with baking soda and vinegar. Sounds right up my alley.

  24. Hahaha I love this. I DEFINITELY use an excessive amount of exclamations. I usually go back through every blog comment I ever write to change a few so I don't sound over excited.

  25. hahahaha "crossed into jersey, got a full tank of gas" i'm about to be a real big jerk right here.

i HATE filling up with my tank, like with a passion. it's such a pain in the ass, i hate going there, it's always so awkward sitting in your car while someone is on the other side of pump most likely people watching you. i just hate it so much.... IM FROM JERSEY and I don't even have to pump my own gas!!! my WORD what would i do if i had to go through what you do probably on a weekly/biweekly basis!!!
