So What If...

... I say that I won't decorate for Christmas til after Thanksgiving, and I seriously normally don't, but then I accidentally decorated on November 20th because Brian was away and I was bored and I wanted to surprise him and I knew I wouldn't have time do it the weekend after Thanksgiving and.. that's enough excuses..

... From now til Christmas, lots of my posts will be Christmas-related!! #SorryNotSorry but I can't help it (okay I guess I technically can, but realistically I LOVE this season and now that it's here it's pretty much all I can think about).

... I screenshot my sister's Snapchats and post them on Twitter.. they are hilarious I can't help it!

... I usually watch Home Alone, The Christmas Story, and The Santa Clause at least 5 times each in December and I watch them year round.

... I wear double socks to bed in the winter.. it's freezing!

... I like drinking ginger ale and eating Saltines even when I'm not sick.

... I try to rig our family's Secret Santa drawing so I can pick the sibling I have a good gift idea for that year.. hey at least I'm considerate!

... I look like Phyllis Nefler doing the Freddy when I'm working out.

... I've done one of these So What If posts a few months ago, and I plan on doing it again in the future-- it was fun!

... That's all I have for ya today, guys. Have a happy hump day!

... Oh wait, I lied!! I have one more thing to say! I am in the process of getting a new blog design, and along with this update will be a change in my ad swaps. Don't worry, I will still be offering seven 250x150 free ad swaps per month, but I am adding the option of three 250x250 sponsorship spots! These spots will be at the top, have a guest post option, and come with lots of social media love, all for the low price of just $3! These changes will be coming in the next few weeks, so keep an eye out ;-)

... Okay I'm a big liar. I also want to tell you to check out my guest post from yesterday over at McKenzie Wild if you're interested in the 8 people you meet in law school. Whitney is in the middle of law school finals h-e-double hockey sticks right now, so wish her luck!

  8. If I wore socks to bed my feet would get hot and fall right off. I think hot feet is one of my biggest pet peeves.

I can't wait to get a tree this weekend!

  9. I think my apartment is too small to get a tree this year. I got a two footer last year, but I don't think I really even have space for that this year. Ahh 300 sq. ft apartment. And in NYC the rooms have to be a certain temp in winter so my room is sooo hot! But my window is broken so I can only open it if I have someone to help me open and close it. Also goodness...I sound complain-y today. Better check myself ha :-)

  10. It's an easy dance, give yourself a chance and do the Freddy (Freddddyyyyy).... I love you and your TBH gifs! Haven't watched it in full in years and I need to!

I did early Christmas decorating this year, too. I blame late Thanksgiving. And blogland. Always blame blogland :)

  15. I totally watch Elf a million times, and I try to get in The Grinch, Home Alone and The Santa Clause a few times each year too! I love Christmas! I do not object to multiple Christmas posts. Mainly because I plan to as well and you make it more justifiable if others do it too!

  19. Hilarious Troop Beverly Hills comment! I'm with you on the Christmas movies- except I'd sub White Christmas for Christmas Story.

  20. Home Alone 1 and 2 are my FAVORITE HOLIDAY MOVIES EVER! I will seriously watch them in the Summer. The ones after 2 are ridiculous and need to be shot at point blank.
