Wedding Wednesday- Reception, Part 1

If you missed my last two Wedding Wednesday posts, here are the pictures from getting ready and the ceremony. Today it's all about the reception! Well, the details from the reception and the entrances, first dances, and toasts. Next week I'll share the cake cutting and all the fun dancing pictures!

As we walked in, we had "We Are the Champions" playing. Our first dance was to "Forever and Ever, Amen" by Randy Travis. My dad and I danced to "Father and Daughter" by Paul Simon, and Brian and his mom danced to "Sweet Child O' Mine," the Sheryl Crow version. Brian's brother, his best man, gave a toast, and so did another of Brian's groomsmen, Jeremy. Our reception was seriously so much fun and everything looked awesome! We were so so happy!

Check back next week for Part 2 of the reception- it's the last of the wedding pics I'm going to share!

  9. Everything about this is so gorgeous! Of course we had pumpkins and purple/orange too so I maybe be biased. ;) I love those bridesmaids dresses though, and of course your dress and hair are gorgeous!! I saw your pumpkin meal card idea in an older post (when I was stalking before my identity was revealed) and I LOVED that idea. We did a buffet but I showed Michael and was like, "Isn't that awesome?!" I would've been so sad if we had done a plated dinner and I saw your awesome idea after.
